We ship live animals, corals and supplies from Picayune, Mississippi. Rates are shown at checkout. Local pickup is always available at 103 Lois Lane, Picayune, MS 39466.

Live animals and corals

• Where: overnight shipping to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states and Washington, D.C.), only where we can legally and safely ship. We do not ship live animals to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or internationally.
• Rates: flat-rate overnight shipping of $50, $55 or $60 per order depending on the animal (snakes and large fish ship in larger boxes). The rate appears at checkout.
• Scheduling: shipping dates are agreed on by both parties after purchase. We ship early in the week so animals are not held at a carrier facility over a weekend.
• Weather and safety: we may delay a shipment for unsafe temperatures, severe weather, carrier disruptions or holidays. The animal’s safety always comes first, and we'll contact you to reschedule.
• Your information: please give an accurate name, phone number, email and shipping address. Someone must be available to receive the package on the delivery date. We are not responsible for problems caused by incorrect information or a missed delivery.
• Pickup only: a few animals are marked pickup / local delivery only because of their size or needs. Checkout will not offer shipping for them.

Live Arrival Guarantee

We guarantee live arrival when our agreed shipping and receiving instructions are followed. Any issue with an animal on arrival must be reported within 1 hour of delivery or pickup, with clear photos and/or video of the animal and its condition on arrival. The buyer must be available to receive the animal as agreed. Failing to receive or pick up the animal within the agreed timeframe may void the guarantee. Approved resolutions are determined case by case. Shipping charges are not refundable unless otherwise agreed.

Supplies and dry goods

• Flat-rate ground shipping of $10 per order to all 50 U.S. states.
• Orders usually leave our store within 1–3 business days. You'll get tracking by email when your order ships.

Frozen foods and feeder insects

Frozen foods and live feeder insects are available for in-store pickup or local delivery only. They are not shipped.

Local pickup and local delivery

Choose local pickup at checkout and collect your order at 103 Lois Lane, Picayune, MS during store hours (Monday–Friday 1–7 PM, Saturday 12–5 PM). Animals must be picked up within the agreed timeframe unless other arrangements have been made. Local delivery is available to nearby addresses. Options and any fee are shown at checkout.

Event tent rentals

Tent rentals are not shipped. Delivery, setup and teardown are included in the rental price for events within 50 miles of Picayune, MS. Events farther than 50 miles have a per-mile travel charge, which we invoice separately.

Combined orders

Each shipping group (live animals, supplies) is charged once per order. If your order mixes animals from different rate groups, or animals and supplies, each group's rate applies because they ship in separate packaging.
