Get one-on-one advice from Wyatt at Poseidon's Pets. It's advice only, with no supplies, products or hands-on maintenance included.

  • In-home visit ($60, about an hour): Wyatt comes to you, tests your water and walks through your tank and equipment.
  • Phone call ($30, 30 minutes): a quick call to plan a new tank, troubleshoot a problem or talk through stocking. For phone consults, enter your city in the address field and we'll call the number on your order.

How it works

    Consultation, one-time maintenance, monthly plan or new tank setup, freshwater or saltwater, sized to your tank.

  • 2. Book a morning

    Choose Monday, Tuesday or Thursday between 8 AM and 12 PM and tell us about your tank. We'll confirm the time with you.

  • 3. We come to you

    We handle the work (or the advice) on site. Travel is included within 25 miles of Picayune.

Service FAQ

Do I need to have anything ready?

Just clear access to the tank and a nearby sink or drain. We bring buckets, hoses, cleaning tools and replacement water.

How much water do you change?

A typical visit changes about 20–30% of the tank's volume. If your tank needs a bigger change, we'll recommend it and quote the extra water before we start.

What's the difference between a consultation and a maintenance visit?

A consultation is advice only: in person ($60) or by phone ($30), we assess your tank and give you a plan. A maintenance visit is hands-on cleaning and a water change.

How does the monthly plan work?

Book your first plan visit here and we'll set a recurring monthly day and time with you. Each visit is billed at the plan rate. Cancel anytime.

I'm more than 25 miles from Picayune. Can you still come?

Usually, yes. Choose "Over 25 miles" when you book and we'll quote the travel charge when we confirm your appointment.
