IceCap Glass Cube Aquarium, 7-Gallon

IceCap 7 Gallon Trimless Cube Glass Aquarium

The IceCap 7 Gallon Trimless Cube Aquarium (SKU: IC-AQCB7) is an authentic, artisan-crafted glass enclosure distributed by CoralVue to redefine compact desktop nano aquarium displays. Standard small tanks are often configured as flimsy plastic bowls or cheap injection-molded acrylic arrays; while functional, these profiles easily scratch, warp perspective, and degrade clarity over time. The IC-AQCB7 corrects this restriction completely by organizing 7 gallons of primary water volume inside an identical 11.8-inch square dimension matrix. This clean geometric format gives freshwater aquascapers and micro-pico specialists an exceptional canvas to establish precision scale and multi-dimensional movement on a miniature scale that standard rectangular nano tanks cannot match.

Every aspect of this rimless profile is designed to minimize visual distraction. All four primary viewing faces are engineered from premium 5mm low-iron glass. By removing the heavy iron-oxide impurities found in standard float glass, the panels remain completely transparent, showcasing the true color values of your flora, fauna, and aquascaping elements. The seams are joined using high-performance clear German silicone, creating a borderless appearance. Because the tank is a balanced square, it allows standard clamp-on or pendant-style nano LED fixtures to provide uniform PAR lighting distribution straight down to the substrate level. This makes it a perfect foundational platform for growing demanding dwarf mosses, maintaining low-energy micro layouts, or raising delicate ornamental shrimp strains.

Key Features:

• Maximized Dynamic Landscaping: Seamless 1:1 footprint enables you to build miniature central stone structures or tiny driftwood pillars that can be viewed cleanly from the front, left, or right sides.

• Safe For Sensitive Micro-Shifting: The rimless design allows effortless positioning of emergent hardscape elements like tiny twig branches or micro volcanic rocks breaking past the water line.

• Integrated Structural Stress Relief: Arrives with a factory-bonded, dense foam base mat that prevents microscopic glass imperfections from developing stress fractures over time.

Note: This open-top aquarium includes the standalone low-iron glass tank frame and a pre-installed self-leveling mat. Mini filter pumps, lighting fixtures, and decorative hardscapes are sold under separate product categories.
