Octo Regal 150SSS Protein Skimmer

Reef Octopus Regal 150-SSS Protein Skimmer

The Reef Octopus Regal 150-SSS (Super Space Saver) is engineered for the modern reef hobbyist who demands high-performance filtration but is limited by sump real estate. By integrating the VarioS-2S DC controllable pump directly inside the 6-inch skimmer body, Reef Octopus has created a powerhouse filter with one of the smallest footprints in its class. This design allows you to fit a professional-grade wine-glass skimmer into compact filtration chambers without sacrificing processing power.

The Regal 150-SSS doesn't just save space; it provides intelligent control over your water quality. The included VarioS controller allows you to digitally adjust the air and water mix across five speed settings. Furthermore, safety is built-in: the included float switch sensor monitors your collection cup level and shuts down the pump instantly if it reaches capacity, preventing messy overflows. With its refined wine-glass shape that reduces turbulence and stabilizes foam, the Regal 150-SSS delivers the perfect balance of compact size and high-end performance.
